“How to Be at Peace in a World Full of Chaos”

As of late the world is full of lots of terrible things going on, but that doesn’t mean we have to sacrifice inner peace. Here are a few things we can do to stay peaceful even when the world seems crazy.

Be Centered in Your World — When we center our life around our own world at home, the rest of the world becomes less important. It’s not that we don’t care, it’s just the fact that if we dwell on everything happening in the outer world all the time we become overwhelmed and feel terrible. As it says in spiritual texts “Be in the World but Not of It”.

Send Love No Matter What The Circumstances — Many people are becoming outraged and full of anger, and that does not help the situation in any way, shape, or form. We are vibrational energy and thus when we allow anger to take hold in our mind/body our vibrational energy changes to a very low frequency. Instead of getting angry it’s much better to send healing prayers to everyone, and love to those who have departed, and their loved ones. In this way we keep our vibrational energy high, we don’t end up with depression, and the vibrational energy of the world is also uplifted at the same time.

Meditate More — Buddha said “Seeker don’t be reckless. Meditate constantly, or you will swallow fire, and cry out No More”. And so it is that when the world goes crazy that’s exactly the time to do more meditation. To go inward and find peace and allow the giant waves of all the traumatic emotions the surface of consciousness to be quelled. It’s all about submerging ourselves in the peace of the depths of the ocean of God. In that peace all the rantings and ravings of the world disappear. That peace is the true reality of our situation, not the outer world which seems to be impinging upon our peace. Peace is always there inside waiting for us to connect.

Create Loving Rituals — This is a great time to create loving rituals that remind us that all is well in our world. Rituals like going to bed at the same time every night, rituals like saying a prayers before eating a meal, and rituals like sitting in silence and contemplating daily all create a sensed of peace. And rituals are anchors that keep our boat of consciousness steady. Especially when the tides of the outer world are pulling and tug on our boat, rituals allows us to keep our bow pointed towards that which is important — God.

These four ways of creating peace are important right now. During times like we have right now, we need to center ourselves even more than usual. Thus we can take society to a higher level of consciousness.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
