This method is slow but it will still give your keyboard enough juice to last for a while. Another option is to plug in your keyboard directly into your computer's USB port. The keyboard can be charged either via a computer or via the supplied power cord. The keyboard will take around 2 hours to charge fully when using the supplied power cord. The keyboard has a built-in battery that can be charged using the included AC adapter or by connecting it to a computer with a USB cable. The battery lasts up to 12 months when used continuously, and can be recharged up to four times using the included AC adapter. The Magic Keyboard also supports fast charging using the USB-C port on the new MacBook Pro laptops. The computer will display the battery level in percent. If the battery level is low, you will need to charge the keyboard before use.
