How to Connect Two Linksys Wireless Routers for Internet Use

Open the web browser and enter the router's IP address. This will be 192.168.1.1. Now go to the "Wireless Settings" tab and pick "Basic Settings."

Now open the "Wireless Security" tab and modify the wireless settings. You can select your favourite way, it is WPA or WPA2. You should choose "pre-shared passkey."

Click the "Status" tab now and go to the "Wireless" sub-tab. Now find the "Site survey" button and make a click on it. You will see the Site Survey dialog with all of the wireless networks this router can find. Select your main router's network and "Join."

On the next computer open any website. You have to click one of the links under References, or you can also use a search engine to check your Internet connection. If you are able to get your favourite pages or you are easily accessed to any of the web page then the connection has worked.
