Increase your knowledge. Before you go ahead and design your coaching programs, I recommend that you increase your knowledge in your chosen field. Read reputable sites and related online resources. Conduct interviews when needed. Do experiments and get first-hand experience. Make sure that you do not leave any stone unturned. Do not stop until you know the nuts and bolts of your chosen niche. You must know the best solutions to all the problems that your customers are going through and you must have the best answers to all their burning questions. rn2. Dry run. If this is the first time that you’ll be offering your coaching programs to online users, I recommend that you test the waters first. By this, I mean offer your coaching programs first to neutral third parties for free. What I suggest is that you get at least 3 individuals who are willing to try your programs out without paying for them. Remember, even if they’re sharing the same problem or the same goal, their learning needs are different. This is because their skill levels are different. What I suggest is that you personalize your programs. Before you start coaching each of your clients, conduct one-on-one interview first. Get them to talk about their problems in details and all the information that they expect to get from you. Ensure that you practice active listening all throughout. If you can give them exactly what they want, you can confidently say that your programs are comprehensive as they have what it takes to help your customers get to where they would like to be. rn4. Use an effective coaching model. Here’s the best way to deliver your high ticket coaching programs to better serve your customers. I suggest that you offer them phone or live coaching sessions at least once a week. Each session should last for 45-60 minutes. Then, send these people informative emails or newsletters every week that contain information about the problems that they’re going through. It will also help if you give them access to your member-only site. If you do all of these, I am pretty sure that your customers will get every piece of information they need to know and even more.
