When facing a break up you are going through a rough time. You feel left alone ,you cannot eat, you feel sad and you cannot stop crying and that is all normal since this is the worst thing that can happen to a relationship. And when it is the first time that something like this has happen to you then it will not be easy to find answers on how to deal with a break up in the first place. Now here are some useful tips on coping with a break up: Tip1: The first step in recovery Don't get me wrong here but cry as much as needed since this will be your first healing step.Every human being will cry when they are truly hurt and yes even men and there is nothing wrong with that cause this is a part of the healing process. It is natural for people to cry when they just lost someone they love. Tip2: Walk and talk Don't stay all day at home, go outside ,talk to your family and your best friends and I know they cannot help you right now, but they will listen to you and give you a shoulder to cry on when you need it. Even if you have to tell your story fifty times, go ahead cause that is were friends and family are for. Tip3: Keep distance and get distraction This may be difficult but one of the best things to do after a break up is keep distance from your ex. For the moment you are hurt and I know you want some answers although now is not the right time. Give each other some room and space first to think things over. So, no phone calls ,emails or text messages, first we have to get a bit stronger before facing the ex again. By getting some distraction you will start thinking less about your ex, so go get a new haircut, go to the gym and have a good workout and have fun.
