Anywhere you go, even if you are talking about love like Jesus, Buddha, or Krishna. Or instructing someone about something technical there will be those who will try to take you down. This is the ego nature of mankind… many have not yet learned to love. Here is what you can do.

First of all, ignore them, they are trying to make challenges for you and they really don’t want to learn anything new.

Second, don’t allow what they are saying to move you emotionally, that is exactly what they want.

Third, go inward and find peace and don’t allow what they are saying to ring over and over again in your head.

Fourth, send them love, they are in dire need of love.

Fifth, remember they are trying to get some attention. They are like little kids who are not getting any attention… and the only way they know how to get attention is with emotional outbursts and bad behavior. So send them healing and know that sooner or later in this life or another they will be healed.

Sixth, don’t give into what they are saying when it’s not good for you. Know that you are strong, powerful, and you have truth, purpose, and faith on your side… so shrug it off and move forward.

Seventh, do some meditation to cleanse your mind, body, and spirit. That way all of this is put behind you and your day is cleansed of emotional challenges.

Eighth, say a prayer for them and ask God for their healing.

And most of all, just love, and then love some more.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
