Listening here does not hearing what the other person or people is/are saying but understanding the message being passed on to you as a leader. Understanding the subconscious mind of the other people is always the norm and secret of being an icon in leadership. It is not about braveness or assertion of authority upon your subjects. A leader must be pragmatic meaning that it should be capable of developing solutions to complex solutions easily, quickly and effectively which satisfy every one. Developing or having good leadership styles is not dependent or about how one is learned or has much following but how his or her solutions are accepted and believed by the people being led.
