How often we’ve heard success gurus telling us to think positive, only few of them mention the positive feeling. How to go from positive thinking to positive feeling? Well, if you think you can just think it and you feel it, think again. How often we’ve read and learned how to be confident, and then you still don’t feel all that confident! 97% of people are accustomed to seeking only the resources to make them feel confident or happier. Only 3% of highly evolved ones start with the resourcefulness as opposed to seeking resources and material things, such as new dress, new plasma TV, gadgets and gimmicks in an attempt to feel good. Your emotions are the key that unlock the enigma of depression, and jump you into the heart centre of jubilation. It takes a little bit of time to catch up with your feelings, but here’s how to help yourself develop feeling good factor. You need to have grand plan, elevated thoughts, and positive feeling. However, after years of psychological damage, media hypnosis, and drama, how the hell can we just turn around and become super confident and happier? No athlete, no entrepreneur, no winner arrives at the finish line of success without a mentor or success coach. It all begins with a definite plan written in a format that is personal to you, starting from whom do you want to become, what do you want to give back to society and what you want to have specifically and in detailed description. Once you have that out of the way, find a mentor who can give you honest feedback, so that you can develop the positive feeling as opposed to positive thinking. Of course, the two go hands in hand, you can’t have one without the other. Having a definite plan is critical, nothing can be achieved without definite plan. And if one’s life is worth living it is worth recording it. It is imperative to write your definite plan, reviewing your plan every day as if you are planning for your wedding day. Can you imagine wanting to get married without having a girlfriend or boyfriend? Can you imagine having found a partner, wanting to get married without a definite plan? Similarly, it should strike you as odd for wanting to become somebody, or reach greatness without a definite plan. Rule #1 Dream greater dreams and write them down Rule #2 Research, study, and become familiar with the concept you want to develop Rule #3 Draw an action plan, specifying the action you must take daily, weekly and monthly to bring you closer to your dream goal Rule #4 Review your action plan every week, measure it, find out what worked and what didn’t seem to work. Draw an action to find solution to what didn’t work, and Just Do It! Rule #5 Exercise daily, it doesn’t have to be strenuous. Aerobics is great fun for high cognitive functioning. Rule #6 Patience is a virtue and without it, you will sabotage your dream goal. Rule #7 Know that success comes with the little steps, and arrives only after long and hard sustained effort. With this in mind, you can re-focus your attention on the main tasks, smaller tasks leading to bigger ones. Rule #8 Maintain an attitude of gratitude every day no matter what. When you are grateful, you feel graceful and attract more luck into your life. Rule #9 Hire a mentor or success coach to help you maintain focus, receive feedback on your progress, and achieve your target in half the usual time. Rule #10 Know that success is a journey and not a destination to arrive to. While you are focused on your desired objectives, make little time for someone who is less fortunate than you, and mentor them to overcome limitation and achieve their full power potential. With the above instruction, you should be able to develop positive feeling from positive thinking. What you feel every micro second will determine if you are going to be a winner or a loser.
