Before you can send out any emails using LeadNetPro, first you will have to gather the email addresses from the internet using the built-in email address harvester. I recommend you gather at least 800 to 1500 email addresses targeting the keyword that you're interested in. Now once you have gathered your email addresses from LeadNetPro, it is imperative that you clean the list by removing all of the duplicate emails if any. You do not want to email any of your leads more than once. If you are using Excel 2007, you can use the remove duplicate tab underneath the Data tab. Now that the duplicate email addresses have been removed, you are now ready to upload the email addresses to the LeadNetPro Mailer. Developing a catchy subject has always been a tricky task. If your subject is good, then there is a huge chance that your email will be opened. When thinking of a subject, remember to stay away for spamming words like free, opportunity, discount etc… Being original and peeking interest seems to work for me. Once the subject has been written, now it’s time to take on the body. I find it more appealing to the eyes when you write small paragraphs. My golden rule is not to write more than three sentences separated by redirecting links. To see a more comprehensive video on this subject matter. Please visit http://www.leadnetprotrainer.com. I wish you much success with your email marketing campaigns. Email marketing is definitely a powerful way to grow your business. Greg Hall Marketing Specialist 404-987-0087
