There are many diets today, but most of them are unhealthy and sometimes even dangerous. Eating healthy means few rules like a low consumption of fat, restricted calorie intake and inspired food combinations food. Adopting a healthy diet does not mean you have to give up your favorite foods. Variety and moderate quantity are rules to be followed. A healthy diet means to eat vegetables, fruit, bread, cereals, potatoes, rice, and other foods without any restrictions.

Try not to think of certain foods as forbidden. When you eliminate some ingredients or food groups from your diet, it is natural to crave more. When you crave sweets, salty or unhealthy foods, it is much better to start by reducing daily servings.
Many people say they do not need to eat breakfast, or simply do not feel hungry in the morning. Research shows that people who skip breakfast are usually fatter than those who eat a well-balanced breakfast. If you eat breakfast, your metabolism begins to process and remains active throughout the morning.
