And as result you end up asking "why" and "how to remove dark circles?". To the first question I can answer that the dark circles are not only due to a lack of sleep but can be caused by several factors. So before answering the second question, we must analyze the possible causes. What are The Causes? Dark circles are mainly due to a problem with the capillaries under the eyes that are often subject to damage due to various factors such as: - Fatiguern- Lack of sleeprn- Alimentsrn- Excessive rubbing of the eyesrn- Stressrn- Reduced hydrationrn- Kidney problemsrn- Excessive exposure to the sun Heredity is another big factor that causes dark circles to. Sinus problems, pregnancy, bony structure, some medications, hormonal imbalances are all factors that affect eye circles. The skin under the eyes also turns dark as we advance in age. These are some of the possible causes of dark circles but in principle I can say that the most frequent ones are inadequate nutrition, stress and little sleep.that in mind I can see in detail how to remove dark circles taking care internally and externally. Eliminate Dark Circles With The Right Food The first thing to do, to eliminate dark circles is to treat them inside through proper nutrition. To do this you must eat food that contain especially vitamin C and K. The last has the distinction of being thinner, therefore helping the blood to not stagnate. rnConsequently, it is recommended to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and in particular kiwi, citrus, grapes, and peppers.Avoid excessive alcohol and cigarettes which cause drainage problems. It is a shock treatment due to the cold, but very effective. - Ice: Take 6 ice cubes and wrap in two handkerchiefs, applicative therefore the area under the eyes for ten minutes. - Potato/bread: Take the bread crumbs and put them in cold milk. Grate a raw potato, peeled and then mix it with the bread. Apply the mixture around the eyes and hold on for at least 15 minutes. - Chamomile: Make an infusion of chamomile tea, let it cool and become cold, then wet two cotton pads and keep them on the eyelids 5-10 minutes, a decongestant effect. Can also be used with rose water, lavender, mauve, thermal water and cornflower. - Milk: Soak two cotton pads in very cold milk. Apply them on your eyes for about ten minutes. - Cucumber: Cut two slices (5 mm high) from a cucumber cold from the refrigerator. Place them on your eyelids for a quarter of an hour. Be careful to never open your eyes, because the juices of the cucumber can irritate mucous membranes. - Oil: In a bowl of ice-cold water, add 5-6 drops of oil with vitamin E. Soak two cotton pads and place them over your eyes, then repeat the process several times to 15 minutes. - Core: Prepare an infusion with 2 tablespoons of hazel leaves left to marinate 15 minutes in half a liter of boiling water. Take out the tea and let it cool, then put it in the freezer for half an hour. At this point, grab soak cotton pads, apply them on the eyes, keeping on for 15 minutes. - Tea bags or chamomile: You may prefer to use and refrigerated, or new and soaked, you can opt for green tea or chamomile. If you will remember to refrigerate the bags used, you will always have fresh wraps and ready. Leave the tea bags or cool compress on the eyes at least 10 minutes. Read More
