Want to know how to feel good everyday? It doesn't take rocket science. Unfortunately, in today's fast paced world, majority of the population have forgotten just how to do that. To get you back on track, here are 5 easy steps on how to feel good everyday. Step 1: Wake Up On The Right Side Of Bed. It’s all in the mind. If you wake up feeling cranky and sore, change your attitude at once. Do it before you even get out of bed. Contrary to popular belief, you can program the way your day goes. If you choose to be happy upon waking up, then you will have no reason to grumble for the rest of the day. Step 2: Have A Wonderful Breakfast. Take your time to have a good breakfast - whatever that may mean to you. Appreciate how the day starts and think positively about the many wonderful things you are about to do. Waking up early, however, is a prerequisite for having a good breakfast; so try to go to sleep earlier the night before as well. Step 3: Sing In The Shower. Singing can get rid of your morning blues in just a few minutes. Choose a song that is happy and positive; sing it while you’re showering, getting dressed for work, and while driving your car. Even humming a positive tune can leave you in a positive mood. Step 4: Smile At Everyone And Everything. If you want to remember how to feel good everyday, then smile. Smile at the people who work in your area, at the nice neighbors of your apartment and even at birds that flitter around. Smile even though you don’t feel like smiling. Do this regularly and you’ll find yourself being happier than ever. Step 5: Do Something Nice. Helping someone out is one surefire way to feel good everyday. The great thing about this is that it doesn’t have to be a grand gesture. It can be as simple as helping an old lady cross the street or giving a homeless person a free cup of coffee. If you're feeling generous, give a donation to your favorite charity. Helping others, even if they don't know that you're the person helping, can also induce the same wonderful feeling in yourself. Knowing how to feel good everyday can be life changing. You might not notice the effects at first; but in due time, you’ll find that you no longer have to think about having a good day everyday consciously. It becomes second nature to you.
