Gratitude - Being grateful to everything! This is kind of a key to how to find inner peace, because if you are grateful to what you have, you will soon receive new things and experiences that you also will be grateful for. When you start to feel gratitude, it kind of shifts your consciousness. You will be grateful to everything, and everyone. You will let new things and experiences come into your life. You can start right now! Do it the way I do. I have a gratitude book, called "Have an attitude of gratitude". Every day I take 10-15 minutes, sit down in a place where I won’t be disturbed, and write down what I am grateful for. When I have done that for a little while, I start to feel different, I am grateful to everything and everybody, everything I look at is brighter and clearer, I smile to everyone I meet, and they smile back. Because what you give out, you get back. It doesn´t only have to be things you are grateful for, it can be anything. Here´s some lines from my book: I am so grateful that the sun shines today. I am so grateful it is summerrn I am so grateful that I did sleep well last night. I am so grateful that it is Saturday tomorrow. I am so grateful that I have a beautiful family. I am so grateful for my new car. I am so grateful that I´m alivern I am so grateful that everybody is nice to me. I am so grateful that I can see. I am so grateful that I can hear. I am so grateful for… (fill in the blank) And so on… Do you get it? Just keep writing, you will feel better and better all the time. To practice gratitude every day is one of the ways that wealth and happiness will come to you. You have learned how to find inner peace! Here is another way to find your inner peace (guess there is as many ways as there are people in the world :) ) Gratitude is one of the easiest and most powerful ways to transform your life. It will help you to understand how to find inner happiness. If you become truly grateful, you will magnetize all you need, wherever you go, and in everything you do. In fact, without gratitude, nothing can ever change. Your life will change to the degree that you use gratitude and begin to be grateful. If you are just a little bit grateful, your life will change just a little bit. If you are very grateful, life will change a lot. It´s up to you. To experience deep gratitude, sit down and write a list of all the things you are grateful for. Keep writing the list until your eyes are overflowing with tears. As the tears come, you will feel the most beautiful feeling around your heart and all through the inside of you. This is the feeling of true gratitude. True happiness. You will feel peace in mind. Once you have felt this feeling you will know how to re-create it. This is how to find inner happiness. This intense feeling of gratitude is the feeling you want to reproduce as many times a day as you can. You want to feel that inner peace again! In a very short time you will be able to bring that feeling into your body at any time, virtually instantaneously. Practice will get you there. Gratitude works both in present and in the future. If you start feeling grateful – live with an attitude of gratitude to all the things you have, all the friends, love, relationship, family, money and so on that you have, then it´s easy to shift the thoughts into the future, and be grateful to things that you want. This is called affirmative prayer, if you believe in God you can direct it to God, like: “Dear god, thank you for the beautiful house that I/we live in, that we love so much, and can easily afford!”. You can ask God if it feels right, but you don’t have to, just take whatever you believe in, it´s the same thing with so many different names – The force, universe, the source, the power… You have learned how to find inner happiness! Think well about all people - and remember - always have an attitude of gratitude!
