How to Find Peace of Mind When Feeling Burdened By Life's Circumstances

What would happen if when you suddenly found yourself feeling burdened by life's circumstances, in that moment you chose to become still?

All you need is to let yourself think that when you turn inward, you are affirming God's presence in and all around you.

As you already have probably noticed it is relatively easy to pause for a moment and see the powerfully loving presence that is within you through the beauty of a sunset or an infant.

Yet, turning within and knowing that the Divine Presence is within you even during difficult experiences in life is so empowering in ways that can only be experienced when you allow yourself to be still within that presence.

In fact as you continue to read this article allow these words from the Bible to resonate within you...

"Be still, and know that I am God!" -Psalm 46:10

Hopefully by now you have begun to realize that I want you to understand, just understand that it is through stillness and silence that you give yourself the permission to become present to the Divine Love, Joy and Peace that is within you. And it is through this presence that you can begin to know that all is well no matter what life circumstances are before you.

As you allow yourself to go farther and farther into that Divine Spirit within you begin to recognize that when the mind and heart are still and you no longer allow your thoughts to rest on exte al conce s it is in those moments that all is revealed in Love, Joy and Peace.

I wonder if you will begin to notice that when you release your needs to that Divine Spirit within you, how much comfort you will find as that Divine Spirit leads you out of turmoil and into Peace.

Take a deep breath in this moment and as you exhale begin to notice how your worries transform into peace of mind and that this experience is happening within you so that you become a sanctuary for others as you already have begun to sense how your influence is both calming and comforting.

You might want to begin meditating on a daily basis as this is one of the most empowering ways that you can begin to be still within no matter what life circumstances or situations may present themselves.
