Reasonable, varied, constant physical activity will provide maximum life span by maintaining sufficient muscle mass. Yoga maintains a certain state of the body and creates the necessary conditions for increasing life expectancy. rnClassical yoga is the path of human health and creates the best conditions for this purpose and possibility. We often wish each other's feasts and party’s health, youth and longevity. This is a wonderful tradition. However, it not better to make real steps in this direction, finally move from words to deeds? rnEngage in yoga to find peace, joy of life and peace of mind. Stop turn to traditional methods of sedation, such as alcohol. Yoga perfectly copes with your stress loads. Our modern world is very volatile and fragile. Only you can find a foothold in itself, become his friend and savior, and take up yoga as an ally.
