“How to Find Truth”
There are three important aspects to finding truth, and these are not found out there in the world they are found within, also these aspects are very important for finding inner peace.
Good Judgement - Without good judgment it’s almost impossible to find truth. To disce
what’s good and what’s the opposite of good one needs to feel… to feel in our heart and not try to figure everything out with our head. Take for instance meeting someone for the first time and they promise you wealth and riches if you take part in this one little process which is not legal. Your head may say, “Oh I won’t get caught, it’s only one little thing” but the heart knows right away that “This is not good— I need to move away from this person”. And thus it’s important to disce
that which is wonderful for the growth of our soul and that which is the opposite by listening to our heart. But either way there will be growth, one will have more pain and suffering attached to it, and the other will have more uplifting moments of pure peace. It’s all about choice!
Being Objective - It’s important to look at everything from the third party perspective. To look inward at what we have going on without emotions taking over. Otherwise there is no objectivity because we have our emotions ruling everything. Love should be the only true feeling we allow to create a path towards peace. Being objective with our heart and our mind will always tell us which way to go. Take for instance dramas on TV they always play up emotions and thus it’s impossible to be objective because feelings of rage, jealousy, anger, and other feelings take over and thus truth disappears.
Whole Hearted Sincerity - Also note if what the other person is saying is coming from their heart. We can tell when someone is telling the truth, we get a gut feeling and that gut feeling is telling us that “This is good” or “Walk away”. Also those full of anger, rage, envy and other emotions are more likely to bend the truth to make it seem logical, thus only our gut knows the difference. We know when something feels right, it’s similar to black and white on a written page. But for some reason we have negated our gut feelings and only listen to our mind. Our gut has not raised itself to a place of self-doubt, thus our gut is our first line of defense against the opposite of truth. Wholehearted sincerity came from Jesus, Buddha, Krishna and many more, and that’s why so many people flocked to hear what they had to say.
So practice good judgment, be objective, and listen for sincerity. Thus truth will always be obvious and the truth will set you free.
Many Blessings to Everyone
