***How to Gain Conscious Control over the Subconscious Mind
Part of becoming an Integrated Ascended Master is to learn and master our subconscious mind in service of the conscious mind and Superconscious mind.
Most people are run by their subconscious mind and react in life based on the programs that happen to be running in their subconscious mind and which are mostly detrimental in nature.
A master responds consciously from the conscious mind whereas a victim reacts on automatic pilot from the subconscious mind.
So if we want to become masters in life, we need to take full charge of our subconscious mind, using the power of our personal power, will, conscious mind, God and the Ascended Masters to effect the desired change.
It must be understood that the subconscious mind is a non-reasoning mind. It is like a computer storing whatever is programmed into it and then printing it out on the screen of our life. If we don’t like what we see in our lives, we just need to change the programs running our subconscious mind. And we change these programs with the power of our conscious mind by consciously feeding it with thoughts and images, called affirmations and visualizations. Affirmations and visualizations are the language of the subconscious mind. (Please visit www.IAM-Tunes.org, the World’s Greatest Integrated Ascended Master Audio Library for more information on how affirmations and visualizations work.)
The subconscious mind is also called the habitual mind. It is as happy to form a positive habit as a bad one. It is esoterically understood that it takes 21 days to cement a new habit into the subconscious mind. So if you repeat affirmations and visualizations with discipline for twenty-one days, the subconscious mind will begin to feed upon these new messages and play them back in your daily life.
And essentially this is the secret how we can gain conscious control over the subconscious mind. We have to consciously program and feed it what we want it to put out.
The Integrated Ascended Master is continually feeding his subconscious mind images and words of self-mastery, integration and ascension. By this way he is consciously aligning and integrating his Superconscious, conscious and subconscious minds. This integration of the three minds is a requirement for integrated ascension.
