How to get Canada Permanent Resident Visa

1. Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)- This is one of the categories under Express Entry, total point-based, No job offer is mandatory, and if you will get the visa through FSWP, then you can land and work in any of the provinces in Canada.

Eligibility-

(a) Must meet 67 points criteria on the basis of Individual Age, experience, Qualification, Language, Adaptability and Arranged Employment in Canadarn(b) IELTS Minimum CLB 7rn(c) The Occupation must be at the level of 0/A/B on the National Classification Occupation List.

(d) Must have a minimum of 1 year of Skilled Experience

(e) Minimum 2 years diploma after 12th and 3 years diploma after 10th

(f) Need to show Some settlement funds in your Account

(g) You should be in good health

h) Age Minimum 18+ to 46 years

i) Do not have any criminal Record/ Running case in the court of any kind.

j) Must have all the proofs in the form of valid documents.

2. Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)- 9 provinces of Canada are fall in this category, every province has its own conditions if you want to apply for any of them. Under these nine subcategories are there:

a) SINP- Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program

Eligibility-

· The Occupationshould be in Demand

· Must meet 60 points criteria of the Eligibility

· IELTS Minimum CLB 4

b) OINP- Ontario Immigration Nominee Program

Eligibility-

· The Occupationshould be in Demand

· CRS Score must be above 400

· IELTS Minimum CLB 7

· Must have Express Entry Profile

c) MPNP- Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program

Eligibility-

· Must have a friend or relative sponsorship letter

· The Occupationshould be in demand

· Must meet 60 points criteria of the Eligibility

· Do not have any relation with other parts of Canada as you will get the negative marking for the same.

· It has its unique CRS System which you are scoring out of 1000 points.

d) PEI PNP- Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program

Eligibility-

· Must have a full-time job offer under NOC Category- 0, A, B

· Have at least 2 years of experience

· Must have Express Entry Profile

e) NSNP- Nova Scotia Nominee Program

Eligibility-

· The Occupationshould be in Demand/ Valid Job Offer

· IELTS CLB 7

· Must have Express Entry Profile

f) AINP- Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program

Eligibility-

· Must have Job Offer

· IELTS CLB 7 minimum

· CRS 300+

· The Occupationshould be in Demand

g) BC PNP- British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program

Eligibility-

· CLB 7 Minimum in IELTS

· Must have Job Offer under NOC 0/A/B

· The Occupation should be in Demand

· Must have Express Entry Profile

h) NB PNP- New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program

Eligibility-

· Must have Express Entry Profile

· Age in between 22-55

· IELTS CLB 7

· Must fall in any of the subcategories of the NB PNP

i) NLPNP- New Foundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program

Eligibility-

· Minimum meet 67 points criteria

· Must have a full-time job offer under NOC 0/A/B.

· IELTS Minimum CLB 5

· Must have Express Entry profile

3. QUEBEC SKILLED WORKER PROGRAM (QSWP)- Although this is also one of the 10 provinces in Canada but this province does not come under the PNP Program, it has its unique system and this province is having 90% of the populatio
French-speaking, but this province is in extremely in need of the skilled young labor, as because of there increasing aging population, now they are preferring English People as well.

Eligibility-

a) Age above 18+

b) Minimum Skilled Experience of 1 year under NOC 0/A/B

c) Any of the occupations under NOC 0/A/B can apply

d) No point system of the Eligibility

e) Selection will be on the basis of either selection point system/ on the basis of their labor market needs.

4. Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP)- This program is actually a partnership between the government of Canada and the 4 Atlantic provinces of Canada:

1. New Brunswick

2. Nova Scotia

3. Prince Edward Island

4. Newfoundland and Labrador

Eligibility-

· Your intention must support and reside in the province must be genuine

· Your education and Experience must be connected

· Must have a job offer from any of the 4 provinces.

· Ability to communicate in any one of the official languages i.e. English/ French.

· Must fall in any of the 3 subcategories under AIPP.

5. Morden Immigration- MCDII (Morden’s Community Driven Immigration Initiative)- Modern Manitoba is a small city in the Manitoba Province. If you will be selected under this subcategory, then you will be invited for a short exploratory visit first.

Eligibility-

· The Occupation should be in Demand

· Apart from Welders and Carpenters, rest occupation person must have Express Entry profile

· Minimum 2+ years of recent experience

· Minimum CLB 5 for Welders and Carpenters and CLB 7 for rest of the Occupations

· Must have settlement fund

· There is no government cost, but you need to bear your travel and accommodation charges on your own.
