Once the fat starts to burn the six pack will appear. Exercise For the first 15-20 minutes of your work out your body will burn the stored carbohydrates to fuel your body. After these 15-20 minutes your body is ready to tap into it's fat stores for fuel. This means that your exercise needs to be at least 20 minutes to have the desired effect. Which is, burn your excess fat. How to get six pack abs If your goal is to get six pack abs, then there are a few things you need to considerrnin your endeavour.rn1. You need to be sure that you are burning fat and not muscle. Why do you need to burn fat and not just weight? Well your six pack lies beneath the fat on you belly. If you are just loosing weight it is possible that you also will burn muscle tissue. Muscles needs more energy to operate then fat, so more muscle will increase your metabolism and the ability of your body to burn calories a lot faster. So the key to burn excess fat is to increase your muscles. Women For the ladies who are thinking, I don't want to look like a bodybuilder, don't be afraid, this will not happen. Genetically, women are not build to build up bulk up. What will happen is that your body/muscle tone will be a bit more detailed. But this is a good change as the flabby parts will disappear. Your clothes will fit better and the needle of the scale will not budge. Your body will become an effective and efficient fat burning machine. And you'll see, in no time your abs will start to come out. So if you are still unable to lose those last few pounds then gaining a bit of muscle might very well be the answer.
