Unless it is a dire emergency, you really don’t need any distractions. Find someone who is willing to take on child or elder care during your hours of study.
• Ask for Employer Support – When you are taking courses, you are bettering yourself, and improving on your skills and knowledge in your career. Make sure that your employer supports employees going back to school. This is going to be easier when they know you are studying online and don’t have to go anywhere to take classes and end up missing time from work.
