“How to Have Faith When You are Sick”
It’s very easy to have faith when we are healthy. But it sometimes harder to have faith when we are sick. Here are a few tips that can help a person uplift their faith when they are ill.
1 - Being healthy or sick has nothing to do with the soul. The soul it always healthy and knows exactly what we need every day to be healthy in our body. Ask your body for guidance it will show you the way to healing. Great Spirit works through your heart to guide you through your healing process.
2 - Don’t give up your spiritual rituals when you are sick. This is exactly when you need to hold onto your such meditation, chanting, prayers, contemplation, and more when you are sick. Your rituals keep you grounded and up-lifted.
3 - When we are sick we have a lot more time to go inward. Most of the time we are drawn outward and never contemplate our soul and our being. So being sick helps us to go inward and understand ourselves from a spiritual point of view. And this can be very healing and up-lifting.
4 - Read and watch videos up-lifting stories about people who’ve had miraculous healings take place. There are thousands of them on the internet that go back over centuries. And these stories can uplift your heart and guide your faith.
5 - Read the spiritual texts that you are accustomed reading or some a new spiritual text to read. Your spiritual texts will uplift you… and give you hope and help you to see the good in all things.
6 - Connect with spiritual people who are healers… those who share light. These may be people who do healing for living… or they may be your spiritual teacher, priest, minister, your rabbi, or someone else. Tell them what you are going on and ask for their blessings, prayers, energy, and light. And ask them for strength to carry on and connect with God, the Universe, and the Great Spirit and ask for healing.
7 - Remember, all things are possible if we believe. That’s them most important thing of all!
Believe that you will be HEALED and you SHALL HEAL.
Never, Ever, Ever, Give Up!
