You can heal yourself with your mind when your mind follows the guidance of the wise unconscious mind that produces your dreams. Your mind is ignorant and imperfect. It would never be able to heal your body, or help you overcome your psychological problems by itself.
The biggest part of your brain is possessed by the wild side of your conscience (anti-conscience) that didn’t evolve like the human side of your conscience. This is why scientists say we only use about 10% of our brain. The unconscious mind helps you develop your intelligence by transforming the wild content you have inherited into human content.
Dream interpretation according to the scientific method is the safest depression, neurosis, psychosis, or schizophrenia treatment you could ever find.
If you want to heal yourself because you suffer from a physical disease, you’ll be cured the same way. The unconscious wisdom cures your ignorant mind through knowledge, helping you transform your behavior. When you’ll have the right attitude, your body will stop suffering. This means that you will heal yourself with your mind once your ignorant mind respects the wise unconscious mind that analyzes your thoughts, and corrects your behavior.
For example, here is a short dream:
You are at your office; but, you can’t find the papers you need. An old classmate from elementary school is your co-worker. You ask him about the missing documents and he tells you that another classmate kept them.
When you see yourself in a dream, this means that you are analyzing your ego’s attitude. Now you must define how you characterize the people who appear in your dreams. They are parts of your own personality.
Your first classmate was very popular at school; he had many friends. The second classmate never had a personal opinion about anything. He would always agree with the majority.
Now, here is the translation of this dream:
You are trying to work on your psyche (your office represents a place of work, and whenever you work doing something, you are working on your psyche), but you cannot understand how to behave (you cannot find the documents).
You are still attached to a wrong behavior you had in the past (being influenced by the behavior you had in elementary school). This also means that your ideas are totally immature.
Your first classmate is a part of your personality that is popular like him. Thus, you believe that you can become popular when you behave like this classmate. However, you cannot manage to become socially accepted when you imitate this classmate (this is why he doesn’t have the documents).
The documents are with a part of your personality that lacks the courage to be original (your second classmate). You are not socially accepted when you act like your first classmate, and this is why you act like a coward who tries to please everyone; imitating your second classmate.
After translating the meaning of this dream, you’ll understand that you should learn how to be socially accepted in a mature way. You should also learn how to have the courage to express your personal opinion.
The unconscious mind will teach you how to transform your personality and correct your behavior. You’ll never make mistakes or lose your temper again. You’ll use all your brain power, and have perfect physical health.
