If a child is old enough to talk about their anger problem, rnencouraging them to share their feelings is important.rnSuggesting they talk to someone who they feel comfortable with and trustrnis a good idea regarding anger management in children.rnAsking them to write or draw about their emotionsrnmay be able to help disclose their underlying issues, rnwhether fear, hurt or sadness.rnTeaching them to ask for help when they feel threatened or angryrnwould certainly help the child with a problem. rnThe important detail to realize when considering anger management in children rnare they are just "children".rnTheir minds are not equipped to handle big people situationsrnand so they will require a more careful approach.
