Many things that are happening in your life right now can be traced back to thoughts that you had in the past. You will not have a family, home, or car if you did not think about getting them in the first place. For an average person, most thoughts do not materialize, and they become nothing more than figments of imagination. Thoughts can be a very powerful tool, and they can help you achieve seemingly unattainable goals if you know how to control them. Instead of allowing your thoughts to become “castles in the air”, use them to improve your life. The secret technique for using your thoughts to improve your life is visualization. Visualization is the mental practice of focusing thoughts to create visions. It can have a significant effect on the things that happen in your life. If you visualize something positive, it is likely that it will turn out the way you envision it. Similarly, when you visualize a negative outcome, you are putting negative thoughts and energy into the world, and this can result in unfavorable happenings. It is the same as fearing or dreading something so much that it eventually comes true. Knowingly or unknowingly, you have probably practiced visualization a number of times in your life. Have you ever pictured yourself sitting behind the wheel of your dream car or going on a dream vacation with someone you love? These are visualizations, and they may or may not come true depending on how powerful your thoughts and feelings are. Powerful thoughts and feelings will get into your subconscious mind, and they will change your mindset, actions, and habits in such a way that you will pursue your dreams with greater passion and determination. This will greatly increase your chances of achieving your goals. The key to using visualization to turn your dreams into reality is to visualize on a conscious level. This means that you need to know exactly what you want. Double-mindedness can hinder the process of visualization, and therefore, you have to be certain that the thing you visualize is the outcome that you truly desire. Before you begin your visualization session, you have to give yourself a positive affirmation. A positive affirmation will help you reinforce positive thoughts and ignore negative ones. Also, you need to believe that the goals that you are trying to attain will materialize. Think and act as if you have already achieved your goals. Next, try to clear your mind and focus on the thing that you desire. Create an image of that thing in your mind and pay close attention to the details. Then, visualize all the positive details that you can think of and hold the image in your mind. Focus on the positive energy that comes with the image, and then, visualize a positive outcome. Visualization techniques that work for one person may not work for another. Some people prefer to visualize with their eyes closed, while others are more comfortable with open eyes. You should experiment with different techniques first and then choose one that works best for you.

1. The concept of 3D printing started long ago, in the 1980s. In 1984, Chuck Hull invented the UV laser to solidify photopolymers layer by layer; this process is known as Stereolithography.
