In a recent interview the publisher of Success Magazine asked one of the nation’s foremost fitness and nutrition coaches, “What is the most frequent question that you get asked as a health and wellness expert?” Her reply was, “The most common question is- What can I eat?”

Food news is major news these days. Pesticides and chemicals, processed foods, salt, sugar, bad fats, good fats, organic, not organic, GMO, BHA, BHT, and GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe), yikes, what does it all mean?

Just when we feel comfortable with the way our refrigerator is stocked some news flash blurts out, “Don’t eat this! Don’t eat that!!!”

And even more frustrating, and dangerous, is that GRAS is just a term thrown out to cover the producer’s backside when a Generally Recognized as Safe- for now, GRAS food is later reported to cause cancer!

With all this controversy and conflicting information are you one of the growing numbers of health-conscious people who are confused about what to eat? You should be. Who is right about food and who can you trust for the correct answers?

In a word, You!

That’s right. You! Armed with knowledge of how food really works and the ability to access information from your highest inner wisdom, you’ll never again feel confused about what to eat or drink. Let’s start with the knowledge of how food impacts you and your health.

This is the premise of The Food Codes™.

What Are The Food Codes?

The Food Codes is a system I created to assist my clients know exactly what foods their body require and will thrive on.

Each food has its individual frequency and no two foods are alike in their vibrational makeup. Each food has an individual food code.

You most likely have heard of DNA. This is short for deoxyribonucleic acid. This is the molecule in each cell that contains and carries instructions to the cells used in reproduction, growth, development and functioning of all humans, animals, plants and living things. This is called the genetic code.

There is a popular saying that humans and bananas share 50% of their DNA. Does that mean we are half related to a banana? No. Even if you do have a family member that is quite ‘slippery.’ Actually, what sharing 50% of our DNA with a banana really means is that both humans and bananas share a particular gene that codes for a certain function such as cell growth for instance.

There is only one type of DNA. This is a code made of 4 letter’s, A, C, G, and T, which stand for adenine (A), cytosine (C), guanine (G), and thymine (T). A,C, G, T, are the building blocks which code for the amino acids all proteins are made of. We humans and all other “living” things have most of our basic genes in common, yet what makes humans, different from animals and plants is the order or sequence of how these basic genes are organized, and when they are activated. That difference in order and activation is what creates each individual living thing, from a banana to a fruit fly to a human.

It is amazing that we humans share DNA with all living things, including all ‘living’ foods. Maybe this genetic code we share with other living things is the reason why whole living foods are so important for our health and healing?

Even though we have the same DNA, each individual plant or animal food, vibrates with the energy of its own individual frequency that I call its food code. Is it possible that because we share the same genetic code energy with living foods, that this enables our body to recognize and utilize living food for our highest good?

Our body being a vessel of vibrating energy, requires the consumption of the best energy in the form of food, air, water and sunlight if we desire the best energetic body. These foods when consumed actually become our body. You are what you eat is true.

By following The Food Codes for your individual needs, you will be amazed at how great you will feel. Additionally, many of the food allergies you might be experiencing can be a thing of the past because you will know which foods to avoid and which to consume.

The main thing is to pay attention to what your body is asking for.
