So you want to learn how to lose 20 pounds in 1 month. Good for you. Now before we continue I must warn you that losing 20 pounds in 1 month is not only difficult, it can be dangerous. I can’t guarantee you’ll make your target, but I can guarantee that at the end of 1 month, you will have lost weight. So you may be asking yourself, what’s the best strategy to lose 20 pounds in 1 month? I three words for you. Simple, simple, simple. In weight loss, simplicity always comes out on top. Most diet that teach you how to lose 20 pounds in 1 month are ridiculously complicated and will just leave you longing to go back to your old way of eating. Why do you think so many diets fail? If you want to know how to lose 20 pounds in 1 month, you need to know the following two principals. At first glance they may seem too simple to work, but trust me, give them a try and you’ll bear witness to their weight loss potential. Step #1: Water We are water. Well, mostly water that is, about 75%. So it’s no wonder this is one of the most powerful weight loss tips I’ve ever witnessed. The problem is few people actually give this a serious consideration. I know most people are well aware of the weight loss benefits of water (I’ll go over them shortly), but how many of you have actually tried using water in your diet plan? So what makes water a great way to lose 20 pounds in 1 month? Water helps hydrate you and promotes more efficient fat loss. It also cuts hunger cravings down so you’ll be more likely to stay on track. Aim to get at least 2 glasses of water every morning, one glass before and after each meal, and one glass between meals. I’ve found an easy way to get enough water is to carry around a large water bottle with me. Then all I have to do is fill it up twice a day. After a weeks or so this will just be part of your daily routine. Step#2: Exercise Bet you wished there was a way to lose 20 pounds in 1 month without exercise right? Well there just isn’t. I’ll not some new diet program telling you that with no exercise and no change to your diet, you can lose weight fast. They have something to sell, I don’t. Without exercise weight loss is slow and you will never be able to lose 20 pounds in 1 month, never mind get a dream toned body after the weight loss. But how said exercise had to be hard? A nice peaceful walk in the morning and evenings will surely add up. Just find ways to add exercise throughout your daily routine without stressing out about it. Who knows, if you’re anything like me you might even begin to enjoy it!
