Those who promote and sell products for weight loss may not tell you but weight loss of between 5 and 10 pounds in only one week is too fast and dangerous to your general body health! You should know and keep this in mind as you seek to lose this amount of weight within such short duration. If you want to undertake that risk, the following are the ways of losing weight at abnormal fast rate. Rapid Weight Loss Diet: This diet increases the metabolism and the burning of body fats. You should take this diet strictly as advised if you want to realize this loss of weight. You should drink a lot of isotonic water so that you remain very well hydrated. Isotonic water has other vital elements added to help regulate body fluid. This diet should be complemented with some cardio exercises so as to speed up the process of burning fats. DAY ONE: For breakfast, you should take half grapefruit, one toast without butter and pea-nut butter of two spoonfuls. For lunch ,you should take one toast and 5 fluid ounces of tuna fish. For the dinner, take 3 ounces of lean beef, one small apple, 10 fluid ounces of green beans, 10 fluid ounces of beetroot and 10 fluid ounces of vanilla ice cream. DAY TWO: For breakfast take half banana, one toast and one boiled egg. For the lunch, take 10 fluid ounces of cottage cheese and 5 salty crackers. For dinner, take 10 fluid ounces of broccoli, 5 fluid ounces of banana, 10 fluid ounces of carrots, 5 fluid ounces of vanilla ice cream and two hot dogs. DAY THREE: for breakfast take one boiled egg and one toast. For lunch take 5 salty crackers, 5 cheddar-cheese slices nada one small apple. For the dinner take 10 fluid ounces of beetroot, 5 fluid ounces of honey melon, 10 fluid ounces of cauliflower, 5 fluid ounces of vanilla ice cream and 10 fluid ounces of tuna fish that has been persevered in water. This dietary eating style is very unhealthy because it makers you lose weight at faster rate than your body can burn the fat. It will help you lose between 5 and 10 pounds but this method is not very safe and healthy.
