If you want to lose weight quick you need to have a great diet regime. Do not eat above 1500 calories daily. You can eat whatever you desire but i would suggest you to eat protein rich foods as they will make you feel full longer as opposed to foods that have same caloric value but contain many carbohydrates or fat. From my own , personal experience i can say that ifyou eatfoods like cottage cheese, egg-whites and skinless chicken you should not have any problem to stay below 1500 calorie limit everyday. Though you might experience hunger most of the time for the first two weeks as it takes time to your stomach and body to get used to the reduced calorie intake. Over 90% of USA population is dehydrated. Main root of this isthat people drink water only if they feel thirsty, but once you are feeling thirst you are already dehydrated. Dehydration slows down your metabolism. Also drinking lots of water will help you to get rid of fat cells. It is best to try to drink 1-2 gallons of water on a daily basis. I understand that it is a a lot but you are going to get used to that fast. You can lose lot of fat with just diet, nonetheless you won't shed more than 100 pounds in a few months without any exercise. I'd advise you to do 6 cardio sessions a week. Running is activity that burns most calories, it will be perfect if you could to 30-60 minutes sessions. Cycling isn't bad either, do 1-2 hour sessions and push yourself as hard as you can. You may also walk, but for noticeable results you need to walk around couple of hours on a daily basis. Resistance training is an effective method to burn calories and increase your metabolism. Your muscles will become stronger therefore they will burn more energy to maintain themselves even though youdon't do anything. If you are scared to gain huge muscle mass, stick to 20-30 repetitions per set. I can almost guarantee that you won't gain any or hardly any muscular mass. If you follow these tips you should lose 5-8 pounds of fat. In case you lose less than that, you are either eating too much or not exercising enough.
