Having back fat comes with a myriad of problems for most, like being uncomfortable and being embarrassed enough to wear clothing that hides it. If this sounds like you, you are not alone. There are thousands who search the internet every day for solutions to this very problem.
Back fat has numerous names such as love handles and muffin top, and can reside either on the upper or lower back. Back fat can be stubborn and if you have it, you will need to know how it came to be, to be able to lose it.
Sometimes an ill fitting bra can be the cause. Most of the time, back fat is caused by poor nutrition and exercise, and is a build up of excess fat. If you think this is the case for you, read on.
Lose Your Love Handles Fast
You may have heard of a secret exercise to lose your love handles but in actual fact, there is no specific exercise or secret to lose your back fat. Having a healthier diet and doing more exercise is the key to losing weight and back fat. Sticking to these two ideas will see your back fat vanish before long.
It may be a big effort to think about dieting and exercising but if you don't already know, there are easier ways to lose the weight. Firstly, if you are not keen like most, the thought of starting an exercise plan is daunting. Thankfully, this does not have to be an issue by adjusting the food that we eat.
Let Your Body Do All The Work
Pick foods to eat that make your body burn fat and do all the work for you. Eating more protein foods will enable your body to burn more calories as the body usually spends more energy to digest protein in your body.
Fat burning foods include beans, tuna, oatmeal and eggs, but be careful because there are some foods that prevent fat burning. Consuming more protein means feeling less hungry throughout the day as well.
Watching the amount of calories you consume can also be a way of putting your body to work. Burning more calories than you consume will in the end allow you to lose weight. This combined with fat burning foods will enable you to drop weight without even thinking of exercising.
If you like to exercise, that's great to make things move along even faster. You will end up fitter, healthier and will be at your end goal of losing back fat much sooner.
