We hear you gearing up to mentally challenge that so let us explain. What's the Low Down? Your body is storing fat in all kinds of places. Typically the very last place that it is going to come off will be the stomach. That's the first place that it hits and the last place that it is removed from. Some of those heavy and hearty exercises are going to help you to tighten up, to become more muscled, but they aren't typically going to help you to lose stomach fat. They will help you to lose fat of some types, so if you're enjoying all those late night exercise machines, by all means, continue. They just are not going to do the job that you want done, which is to lose stomach fat. What's the Best Way to Lose Stomach Fat? The fat that is covering your abdomen doesn't really respond well to exercises. Well, we'll qualify that. It doesn't respond well to most exercises, but there is an exception. It will respond well to exercises such as those which are known as high intensity interval training or HIIT. HIITis the best method that is available to burn fat on the stomach. HIIT uses the much larger muscles and will use them in short and very intense bursts to help you in your quest to get rid of stomach fat. This forces your body to release the stores of fat as it requires some intense energy. HIIT training sessions are very intense, but very short in nature. What's HIIT Exercise? For example, you're going to sprint flat out for about one minute. Then you're going to rest for a few minutes, and then you're going to do it again. This is known as an interval. Using exercises such as this, High Intensity Interval Training, you're going to burn a lot more fat and a lot more calories. Believe it or not, the effects of this fat burning interval can last as long as 48 hours, where you are still seeing effects from the workout. You're doing less work time wise, but gaining a bigger advantage. Now granted, the high intensity workout training means that learning how to lose stomach fat will cost you some effort. It will also cost far less time than you might believe. Losing your stomach fat is going to take a little time and a little effort, but the long range result is that you're going to be much healthier, much happier and much more slender. The new you is going to amaze you and impress you. Are you ready?
