Losing weight for some people seems to be impossible. You found yourself trying every diet known to man and nothing seems to work for you. Now you ask yourself why? The answer lies in your mind. Losing weight starts in your mind and when you learn to understand this process you will overcome your weight problem.
Take it from a person who understands your dilemma, I struggled for years with my weight. I was always on that roller-coaster called weight loss. Up and down, up and down, it got to the point where I just got tired and just accepted the fact I will always have this problem. I was defeated and I had thrown in the towel.
So one day I was up late one night just like you are now and ran across an article about losing weight. In the article it talked about lose weight was more mental than physical so I was intrigued and so I started to do more research. I found out my surroundings could play a big part in my inability to lose weight. Like for instant I have four children who love snacks and so I would key a lot of unhealthy snacks around the house so that they could in joy. The problem was that I enjoyed them also a matter of fact I enjoyed them more. I was eating more than they where and I was putting on the pounds fast.
The first thing I did was to cut the unhealthy snacks out of my diet and my children diet as well because I want them to be healthy. Once I did that I noticed that I was starting to lose weight so I did more research and found out why. I found out that for person my age and height I was suppose to take in about 2500 calories a day and if I could reduce that number I would lose weight. It actually worked I started to lose weight.
So what do you need to do? Find your threshold, and figure out what is in your environment that you can change to help you get started to losing that unwanted weight. A few simple changes can make all the difference.
Also start a workout regiment this to will increase you metabolism. Walking is a great exercise; it will help you get in shape and help increase your heart rate.
