Research has shown that taking more frequent meals, such as five to six small meals a day, will actually help you increase your metabolism rate and boost greater fat loss results! Also, you will feel fuller when you eat small meals constantly, preventing chances of you overeating. You will constantly feel full while losing weight, which is actually an awesome feeling!
Calories are needed by your body to be able to function well daily. Without sufficient calories, you will have a lack of energy. However, you should also take these calories from healthy sources such as from fresh fruits and vegetables. Choose lean meat sources to provide your body with sufficient protein levels to build lean muscle mass and drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated and your metabolism levels high.
