Hello readers! Exercising will make you lose weight faster. But most of us nowadays just do not have the time to exercise, which makes it a problem for certain people to lose weight. In this article, I will tell you some tips on how to lose weight without exercise. You can save a lot of time and yes, it is possible!
*Stop starving and start eating.
Starving youself DOES NOT help you to lose weight. You are just torturing yourself for nothing. There is nothing wrong with eating. What you have to do is eat a balanced meal. Remember the food pyramid? Exactly! Be discipline and obey that proportion for every meal you have.
*Manage your time.
Some people do not manage their time well. Do not be surprised that some people messed up their sleeping time. They sleep in the day and wakes up at night and that is awfully bad for health. An ideal sleeping time would be within 10pm to 7am. Within that time, you will have a good quality sleep.
When you wake up, do not forget to have breakfast. Always bear in mind that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as your stomach will be emptied during your sleep. You must limit yourself to a regular person's amount of food. Do not refill your plate.
Instead of having 3 heavy meals a day, try having 6 light meals a day, which includes breakfast, morning tea, lunch, evening tea, dinner and supper.
*Extra stuff you should consider.
Sugar is your number one enemy! Lessen the amount of sugar you consume daily. If you consume a lot of sugar, your sugar level will increase. When it reaches a certain point, your body has no choice but to produce insulin to control your sugar level. What this insulin does is it directs your body to store fat and that is exactly what you do not want, right? At the same time, insulin also makes your sugar level drop tremendously, making you hungry and fatigue.
Not all carbs will help you burn fat. Not even whole wheat bread and whole grain crackers which claims to be healthy. Stay away from them! There are a lot of carbs that help you burn fat such as sprouted grain bread, rice and sweet potatoes.
All types of fruits and vegetables will help you burn fat, believe me. Any diet plans telling you not to eat them is just some crazy crash diet that will not help you in a long run.
