Fruits and vegetables have plenty of essential nutrients elements that work for maintaining sound health. Fruit and vegetables are a good source of vitamins and minerals, including folate, vitamin C, and potassium. They have a profound amount of dietary fiber which can help to maintain a healthy gut. Dietary fiber also prevents constipation and other digestion problems and reduces the risk of bowel cancer. We should eat fruits and vegetables regularly. Examples of some healthy fruits and vegetables; fruits are Red Apples Blood, Oranges, Cherries, Cranberries, Red Grapes, Pink/Red Grapefruit, Red Pears, Pomegranates, Raspberries, Strawberries, Watermelon, etc. Vegetables are Beets, Red Peppers, Radishes, Radicchio, Red Onions, Red Potatoes, Rhubarb, Tomatoes, etc. Eat whole grains Whole grains are one of the most nutritious foods among the food kingdom. Grains have a profound amount of nutrients including protein, fiber, B vitamins, antioxidants, and trace minerals (iron, zinc, copper, and magnesium). Whole grains have an excellent ability to reduce the risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and some forms of cancer. Eat fat-free or low-fat (1%) food Taking fat-free or low-fat (1%) not only helps to lose weight by using calories but also help you ward off serious medical conditions, including heart disease, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Fat in dairy products has an excellent ability to reduce calories, saturated fat, and cholesterol as well as being rich in protein, calcium, vitamins, and minerals. Omega-3 fatty acids in milk have an excellent ability to improve heart and brain health and a lower risk of heart attack. Examples of some low-fat foods are oats and higher fiber versions of pasta, rice, and bread, lean meats – such as skinless chicken and turkey, white fish, skimmed milk and low-fat yogurt and cheese, vegetables, lentils, fruit, etc. Eat a variety of lean protein foods Foods that are rich in protein, animal or vegetarian-based, but low in fat known as lean protein foods. Examples of some low-sodium foods are fresh or frozen beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish, Low-sodium canned fish, Eggs and egg substitutes, Drained, water, or oil-packed canned fish or poultry, Low-sodium peanut butter, Dry peas and beans (not canned), etc. Drink water instead of sugary drinks Water is the most essential thing for the cells, organs, and tissues of the body. Water has an excellent ability to regulate body temperature and maintain other bodily functions. So, it's important to drink water and eat foods that contain water instead of sugary drinks. Because sugary drinks have harmful effects on our health. Eat some seafood We should eat some seafood because it contains many minerals that help to maintain good health.
