Many times it happens that housekeeper doesn’t maintain cleanness in toilets and bathroom which leads stains and hairs which blocks the flow of outlet water drainage and cause problems, so better to give strict instructions to your housekeeper about the same. - Vacation rental allows one to use entire house or cottage with kitchen and all other area. Kitchen need to be maintained clean, which includes cleaned oven and stoves, very well maintained refrigerator, washed garbage can etc. One should maintain the kitchen area very well as it will be core area where one is going to make food and they prefer well maintained stuff over there. - Many time it happens that while watching TV in living area cause some food to be spreaded across the couch and may be not get properly cleaned, which cause dirt inside couch. Before you give vacation rental to other guests, you must get the living area properly cleaned and vacuumed so the guest won’t find any dirt or food particles in any corners or anywhere. - Dirty bed sheets and towels may spoil the mood of travelers as they won’t find comfortable if they don’t find anything improper and dirty. So try to maintain clean and properly washed bed sheets and towels. - Change any bulbs or lights if they are not working and clean bulbs if they have dust on it. This may be not so major part but in the evening lights will speaks a lot about how you maintain your vacation rental so clean all bulbs and lights and change the faulty ones. Guidelines to improve and decorate your vacation rental: - Try to use as many colors as you can in interior, as travelers will be in mood of holiday and relaxations so colorful interior will make them feel relax. - Use decorative lamp shades and lights of different colors in different bedrooms as well. - Create each bedroom on specific theme. - Try to use minimum and compact furniture but use decent and antique ones which will make your rooms specious and more attractive. - Use different paintings and pictures on one specific wall.
