On the contrary if someone needs to learn from the very basic he will need to draw a schedule. Approach the right software training program: now that one clearly understands his needs he needs to approach the right training program. For this one needs to do an extensive research. There are several training courses that are offered by the company. They take place at different times and different places. So according to one's requirements these training programs can be participated in. If one needs further assistance one can approach a program which offers assistance after the completion of program. Also try to assess the program when you finish one. Evaluate yourself to understand whether it has really helped you. Manage you time: there is quite a possibility that your employers want you to learn the software with the help of their training program and also finish the work given to you at office. After the training program keep sometime for yourself to revise and practice the software so that you keep your memory fresh.
