There are two things considered as the pillars of a successful email marketing campaign, first is quality of email server and the second one is performance. It is very difficult to find a trustworthy server provider these days.
In today’s era Internet technology is best channel of marketing. There are many ways of internet marketing like social media, emails, video and ads, which is use by internet experts for lead generation. But most people consider email marketing is a fast and economical way of getting quick response and generating more ROI for business in internet marketing world because of it’s easy and time-saving interface, so more businesses, different industries, banks, educational sectors and government also uses email campaign for promotion of their services but all are facing the same issue, whom should they trust and who is best, anyone do not exactly know about that.
All response of email depends upon the email deliver-ability rate and it depends on server by which emails are send. Total cost of email blast is concatenation of newsletter templates, designs, opt-in list cost and server price. But the investment on server plays the important role for successful campaign, because if you are following all anti spam techniques for email writing and using an opt-in email list, and the bulk email server is not delivering the mails properly then the investment is worthless.

1. Always use opt-in list while using demo services, because if there are no problems with opt-in list and email delivery is successful means there is no technical error with the server.
2. Demo plan always have some limit like 500 – 5000 credits and more (depends on provider), so for testing email server for millions of emails, see the deliver time of email.
3. Server quality also depends on IP reputation, so it is important that you use all the white hat techniques for drafting email and see that how many mails are exactly going to the inbox.
There is one more important point while considering service quality of server provider, that is direct email marketing software. It reduces the mailing time, so when we use demo server always avoid such type of softwares.
These all are basics for observing server quality of a service provider during demo use. If your email service provider passed these basic points than on the basis of their plans or offer you can trust them without any hesitation.
The best suggestion by experts is always choose small plans first then shift to the higher plan. There are many people who are confused about soft-bounce, hard bounce and open rate of emails dependency on server but it is totally wrong as all these things depends on only your email list, there is no relationship between server performance and soft bounce-hard bounce. So don’t believe these concepts.
