Almost all Outlook users, who are using Outlook since long period of time, have their Outlook’s email and other database in ANSI PST format, which offers 2 GB size limit. When this ANSI PST is about to reach this size limit then, they face slow performance problems, their Outlook starts taking longer time than the usual time in opening, they face problems in moving data from one folder to another, they also face problems in reducing the size of database by deleting emails with large attachments, etc.
