Problem: For Outlook application, PST file work as a store-house because all the information of user mailbox gets stored in PST file in Outlook such as personal email messages, to-do-list, tasks, journals, notes etc. When this file gets damaged, it can push you in serious trouble. You can face many unforeseen problems because of this issue.
Suppose, you are working in an organization where Microsoft Outlook application is in use and you also configured your personal account on same application. You created two PST files for both account for ease. After sometime, it happens, this ease create a big problem for you when, you want to switch from your job and you find again Outlook environment in new company. You have to configure new account and create new PST for new organization and, you also want see your previous mail messages and other document information from the PST files in use with the previous company Outlook platform.
