We come into this world with Karma from many past lives. And the only way we can change our karma is to change our actions. Here are 3 simple ways to change your karma and enjoy a grace-filled life.

Giving Service Without “Me” in Mind

It’s important to give service without thinking about “I, Me, and Mine” at any time before, during, and after the activity. Many times we want to be of service in order to have fame, fortune, or to polish our ego. Yet that will not change our Karma, all actions are to be devoid of such ego… and thus we are to be pure of heart and have great humility.

Giving Unconditional Love Without “Me” in Mind

When a beggar comes to you do you shun him? Or do you see he is suffering and you can help? Lots of people on a regular basis just walk away. That does not mean we can always help everyone… that’s not humanly possible. It just means we try to help the best way we can.

Sometimes just smiling and listening is one of the best ways we can help someone. It doesn’t take much to listen, we all have the capacity to listen, yet many of us never use that ability. Unconditional love is simple. “What would we be like if I were the beggar I say to myself, would I want unconditional love?”.

Giving Prayers of Healing to Others Without “Me” in Mind

Praying for people is another positive way we can change our Karma. But this kind of prayer has to be without ego in mind. Prayer is a petition to God, the Universe, and Great Spirit for help. We ask without thinking and we accept unconditionally what the Universe shall bring. Sometimes the hard lessons we go through are very important for a person’s growth. Thus it’s important to accept everything as the will of Great Spirit. As Saint Ignacio said, “Do Everything you can as though everything depends on you. Then pray to God as though everything depends upo
God.”

Follow this and eventually, your Karma will change.

And your life will be filled with grace and peace of mind.

Many Blessings to Everyone!
