Protecting your skin from sun while engaged in out door activities such as playing sports like golf, tennis and baseball or going out for vacation on beach or going for swimming is very important aspect. As skin is very sensitive part of body therefore protecting skin from sun is very important.
When winter season approaches our attention turns to putting away your summer items and taking out long sleeve shirts, woolen cloths and jackets. But what about those items which you were using for protecting yourself from sun things like sunscreens, sunglasses, and sun protective hats and clothing.

You may be avoiding by putting these things away and avoid using them during the winter. The report released by The National Council of Skin Cancer Prevention research shows only 3 percent of Americans routinely use sunscreen during the fall months, and only 2 percent during the winter months. Though there are still chances of getting sunbu
and snow blindness during winter season. As colder temperature is unable to block the UV rays and reflections off the snow and higher altitudes can make matters even worse. By not protecting yourself from sun and snow you may be causing yourself significant, long-term damage.

What steps should be taken for protecting yourself form the sun in winter for this follow simple step given below:-

1. Limiting your time in Middy sun as it has been found that sun rays are stronger between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. try to limit the exposure of your body to the sun during Midday time.
2. Wearing hat is a good idea only wear hats which have wide brim protecting you from sun.
3. Wearing cloths such as tightly woven, loose fitting and full length clothing a good idea for protecting skin from the sun’s UV rays.
4. For protecting your eyes from UV radiation wearing sunglasses that block 99-100% of UV Radiation.
