“How to Reach Higher States of Consciousness”
When a person starts to meditate there are physical changes that take place in their brain that creates changes in the world. Read more…
Then later there is a complete change of activity in the mind and one joins the unified field. And what is the unified field? This is the ocean of all that exists, all consciousness from which vibrational changes occur which end up creating mass, density, and eventually the world.
And when a person settles their mind with meditation a portion of their brain which controls the “I, ME, and MINE” ideas starts to fade. And from there we start to see the world from a whole new perspective… we see everything as ONE because it is ONE— the Unified Field.
Eventually, we reach the 4th state of mind called “Samadhi” or Transcendent Mind which is a peaceful blissful state of mind. Thus we finally start to know our real being which is true bliss. At that same time, we also go into a state of deep rest which is even deeper than sleep. And some people call this a hypo-metabolic state in which the body slows down. But at the same time, amazing healing takes place and the body rejuvenates. Thus we enter into the Infinite Field of Love.
We enter into a place in which there is no such thing as anxiety, stress, feelings of loneliness, or any other negative feeling. In fact, if a person meditates for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening for 5 years their body actually becomes younger by 7 years. So if they are 42 and they have been meditating for 5 years every single day… they are actually physiologically only 35 years old. So if you want to become younger and high states of consciousness meditation is the way to go. Not only that but at the same time, a person can lower their chances of having a heart attack by 50% by meditating every single day.
Eventually, with meditation, a person changes their brain waves to the point that they are always in a relaxed alpha waves state with restful relaxation wave forms taking place. And this happens all day long… no matter what the circumstances of the real world around them. Thus we enter again into this world of Infinite Field of Love… we are moving towards being ONE at all times in bliss.
Also, our amygdala part of our brain which becomes stuck in hyper mode from stress creates higher agitation and anger. But with meditation all that changes because the amygdala part of our brain calms down. And we start to use our whole brain instead of just the primitive brain or reptilian fight or flight brain to deal with the world.
And because we enter into this field of relaxation all day long… all the rest of the people around us start to pick up on our vibrations and start to feel relaxed. It’s like having a room full of string instruments and you pluck one and all the rest resonate at the same time. Then reality changes because we have changed… because we have entered into the Infinite Field of Love.
Then there is the Fifth State which is “Enlightenment” in which one stays in a place of total awareness and bliss and lives in that state 24/7.
So it all boils down to this—Meditate, Meditate, Meditate and Change the World
Many Blessings to Everyone!
