With TENS, it can block pain signals from going into the brain by sending pulses into the nerve fibers for blockage. 5. Ultrasound rnThis is a non invasive step by simply giving warm to the body's internal tissues leading to relaxation of back muscles. 6. Surgical ManagementrnThis is the last recourse treatment on how to relieve lower back pain.The surgery can only be done when the case is severe, it also depends on the doctor's advice and the patient's consent.
