When it comes to impressing your clients, you need to keep in mind that selecting an executive office suite provider is very important. Therefore, you need to take the time to do some research and interview the providers because remember, you are renting the space because you want to impress your clients; therefore, you need to know everything you can before you sign anything.
Keep in mind that the executive office suite you choose is going to be somewhere you may spend a good portion of your time; therefore, you want to make sure it is prestigious as well as convenient. Moreover, there are many different price ranges when it comes to executive suites, so think about how often you will be meeting with clients and what type of clients you will be meeting. If you are meeting high profile clients, obviously, you want to choose a very exclusive location and setting because you want to make a great impression.
Executive office suites are alternatives to traditional offices because you may only use the suite part time to meet clients while the rest of your time may be spent working out of your home. Moreover, executive suites have a much more flexible lease term than a traditional office space, so you want to make sure that the leasing terms fit your needs because if you only plan to use the suite rarely, then you want something that allows you to pay very minimally. On the other hand, if it is going to be an office that you use regularly, you still want to get the best deal and flexibility.
When selecting a provider, make sure that you see the leasing conditions and know exactly what you have to pay; you do not want any surprises. It also is a wise idea to research and check out the company to make sure they have been in business for some time and how they compare to other executive office suite providers. Make sure to conduct some interviews with those that are leasing the suite and understand the terms of the agreement before you sign any of the documents.
Check to see how the receptionists answers the phone, remember that they will be taking calls for your suite, so if they are rude and does not greet clients friendly, this is a red flag because it can turn your clients off. How do the carpets and furnishings look in the building overall? Are they presentable or do they look beat up? Remember, the way the building looks on the outside as well as the inside is going to have an impact on how the client views you and your business.
Make sure you tour the actual office suite you will be leasing; does it look ready for you to move in? Are the walls freshly painted? Does it smell fresh? How is the furnishings in the office, is it an office you would be proud to welcome clients in? By taking the time to ask a few simple questions and keep your eyes open when touring properties, you can find the perfect executive office suite.
