Even if you made a promise to yourself that you won’t take a single bite while doing your work, you always fail. Sometimes you feel hungry while doing your work and you assume that it’s your lunch time. But, when you have a look at your watch then, you become surprise to know that it is 10:30 am only. Your mind then starts to thinking about going for having some little snacks as cakes or chocolates. You go for having such snacks and you made yourself convinced that the next day will be normal. Tomorrow you won’t take any snack at work. It’s a big problem and most of the people are suffering from the same problem. An average person spends $45 on snacks per month. Snacking at work must be avoided. So, have a look at my top 5 tips that will help you do so: rn1. Remain calm: stress is the root cause of this problem. So, try to keep yourself relax and plan your work efficiently so, that you can easily keep yourself away from those unhealthy snacks. rn2. Stock up on fruit: keep a good amount of fruits on your desk. It will be better for you to have all this rather than having chocolates, cakes or chips. rn3. Don’t carry loose change: if you are having a vending machine at your workplace, then this can be useful for you to do so. If you don’t have any spare change in your pocket, then you can’t use the vending machine. rn4. Keep yourself busy: you take snack when you feel bored. So, keep yourself busy with some work or the other so that you won’t get time for thinking about it. rn5. Invest in an appetite suppressant: these are the small pills, which gives signals to the brain that you are full and do not require more food. They are safe and need to be taken each day.
