HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN Your skin is the largest organ of your body, the layer that surrounds and protects your body. Whether in your face or your hands, it is the first thing they see other people. Whether in cold or warm weather, is always exposed to elements that can damage it. Women are more likely to pay attention to this, especially anything concerning with the pass of time and wrinkles. The passage of time is inevitable, but you can help nature so that hydration, appearance and oil levels are appropriate according to your age and weather conditions in which you find yourself. In some cultures, tan skin is considered attractive and others fight for a porcelain white skin. Whatever your choice, you can always follow some natural tips to help you maintain a fresh and healthy skin. Our grandmothers already knew that one of the most beneficial elements to get a fresh face is a good night's sleep. Rest is essential when to regenerate skin cells and, above all, avoid unwanted dark circles and bags deface your eyes. Besides using an appropriate treatment to your skin type, it is best to follow a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. But this is not always possible, right? Two things we all know do not help keep skin smooth are cigarettes and alcohol. Consistency is important; never sleep without wiping your face since the night is when your pores need to be clean and ready to regenerate your skin. Ideally, you will do the same thing after getting up in the morning, especially advised for combination and oily skin. Collagen is the substance that makes the skin look firmer, younger and full of vitality. The sun damages the cells and thus the ability to produce collagen, so it is always advisable to use sunscreen to protect skin from the sun. Your diet can also help your skin. It is better to avoid as much sugar and white flour as possible, they cause inflammation in the tissues and reduces the ability to produce collagen and thus the ability of the skin to stay young and beautiful. Stress has effects similar to sugar in the body, causing inflammation in the tissues due to hormonal changes that occur. Try to eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, omega3 fats and low-fat protein. Also foods rich in sulfur and zinc are recommended as cucumbers, celery, carrots, pumpkin seeds, seafood, fish, chicken, egg whites, beans, lentils, soy, milk, beans and others.
