Besides using an appropriate treatment to your skin type, it is best to follow a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. But this is not always possible, right? Two things we all know do not help keep skin smooth are cigarettes and alcohol.
Consistency is important; never sleep without wiping your face since the night is when your pores need to be clean and ready to regenerate your skin. Ideally, you will do the same thing after getting up in the morning, especially advised for combination and oily skin.
Collagen is the substance that makes the skin look firmer, younger and full of vitality. The sun damages the cells and thus the ability to produce collagen, so it is always advisable to use sunscreen to protect skin from the sun.
