HOW TO TAKE CARE OF…..YOUR HAIR The hair, as the eyes or skin, is a living extension of you, has its roots in the blood and feeds from your digestive system. The hair is closely related to the nervous system and not only has a role to adorn your head, but also has a biological function that helps your body to "feel" and stabilize magnetically. When your hair starts to become brittle and dry, begins to deteriorate or fall, is time to pay attention. Exhaustion, excessive worries, not exercising, studying in excess without mental rest and sleep deprivation are common causes. The baldness or gray hair is also reflecting your moods and food habits. Your hair is in continuous renewal as nails or skin. The best you can do for the health and beauty of your hair is feeding it properly to better assimilate the nutrients provided by complementary external treatments. A diet rich in minerals, vitamins, essential fatty acids and vegetable proteins promote a better health, vitality and growth of your hair. Beneficial minerals are Selenium, Zinc, Sulfur, Magnesium, Iron, Iodine and Calcium. Great Vitamins for your hair are B group, vitamin A and Fatty Acids: Omega acids, Omega 3 & 6. Rich foods on these are: • Green leafy vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, radishes, endive, radishes, turnip and lettuce. • Other vegetables like seaweed, onion, garlic, cucumber, pumpkin, carrot, watercress, squash, tomato, celery, asparagus, potato, corn and eggplant. • Herbs like basil, watercress, parsley and dandelion. • Fruits like bananas, pineapple, strawberries, apple, orange and avocados. • Legumes such as chickpeas, peanuts, lentils, black and white beans, peas and soybeans. • Grains like oats, wheat, wheat germ and barleyrn•Dried nuts like almonds, dried figs, raisins, hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pistachios, cashews. •Fish and Seafood Vegetables, fruits and nuts are much better raw and do not forget to drink plenty of water every day. Try not to abuse of fats, because they promote hair loss, and coffee, because it irritates your nervous system. To promote blood circulation, at night before sleep, lie on with your feet slightly tilted upwards (you can use a pillow). On this position, try to concentrate on your breathing and relax, hit the pads of your fingers to gently massage your scalp. It would be good in the morning to practice at least 10 minutes of activity that oxygenates your body. On the other hand, motorbike helmets, staying long time under the sun, chlorine and salt can dramatically damage your hair. Sometimes, emergency measures are required to take care of. You can help it from outside making natural masks that will give some shine and silky aspect to your hair. While the factors involved to cause alopecia are diverse (hormonal, genetic) and have no direct relationship with food, it is true that a balanced diet of protein and amino acids can promote and sustain the health of hair and be useful for a best action and performance of treatment undertaken. A good diet alone will never be enough to solve hair problems, but it is certain that poor nutrition can worsen the situation of your hair, depriving him of the right nutrients. For men, a good new, many women find sexy a bold or shaved beautiful head ;) SOME NATURAL AND EASY TRICKS Straight Hair: Put together one smashed ripe banana with some drops of almond oil. Apply on dry hair and let it for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water to finish with cold water. Curly Hair: On dry hair, cover with vinegar (white vinegar, pineapple vinegar or cider vinegar) and cover with a towel and let it for 20 minutes. Wash normally. The shine in your hair can be also achieved by a rinse with beer. Before it is necessary to let the beer lost, at least one hour, all the carbon dioxide that has accumulated. Do not need more rinse it, when dry the smell of beer will disappear. Dry Hair: Make a paste with ripe banana and avocado, smash them and cover your hair for 15 minutes. Then rinse with warm water. As for the type of vinegar to use this is not indifferent as only you can use white vinegar, pineapple vinegar or cider vinegar.
