It is possible to shed your weight, stay fit and tone your body without machines at home. The key is to stick to the workout routine along with some lifestyle changes. Let us find out what are the ways to tone up your body fast.
Fuel your body with quality food.
You don't need to stop eating. Instead, shift your ingredients. Cut unhealthy carbs like bakery products, canned, and junk food. Instead, take whole grains, fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry, red meat, and nuts. Ditch your three times a day meal and divide it into six small portions so that your body can better absorb the nutrients and extract wastage.
Hydrate your body.
If you want to tone your muscles, keep your body hydrated. Water is an essential element to eliminate the toxins from your body. Moreover, when you drink more water, you eat less. Not only water, but you should also use herbal teas, fresh vegetable or fruit juices, herbal teas to maintain the electrolyte balance ( calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium) in your body. But stay away from artificially sweetened liquids.
Incorporate A High-intensity interval workout into your weekly routine.
If you don't want to lose muscles, then you can do a cardio workout to burn fat and tone your muscles. There are many types of workouts that target different muscles group for example squats, lunges, press-ups, stomach crunch, back raise. You may get confused about what type of move you should choose to do at home.
The good news is I am telling you about an exercise that addresses each muscle of the body. Your thighs, shoulder, tummy, back, calves, all muscles gain strength and tone with that one exercise.
This exercise is Burpees.
If you don't know what is a burpee, then let me tell you it is a HIIT High-Intensity Interval Training of your muscles comprising of four steps.

Burpee is a combination of the squat position, plank or a push-up position, jumping, and stretching.
By correctly performing burpees makes your body release more hormones, burn fatter and tone your body shape. You feel happier, energized, and powerful.
No weight lifting is necessary to tone your body.
To build muscles like a bodybuilder is not necessary. Built muscles are not an indicator of a healthy body. You should consider having a fit body rather than bodybuilding. If you can perform the daily tasks without tiredness, pain, and discomfort, and you feel happy and energized, which means you have a toned body.
Take a Chill Pill.
Stress is responsible to elevate the cortisol hormone that makes your body store fats and muscle loss. Do something that makes you happy including workout, laughing, stretching whatever works for you. So chill out and eat and live healthily.
