The university is a place that offers students the importance of traditional knowledge and at the same time opens the door to their future careers and life. Is this training is sufficient to create a spirit of innovation and the creation of a new future for the students and their society? We'll find the answer in this article.

We should not forget the fundamental wisdom of a comprehensive education system. But at the same time, we need to encourage students to develop innovative products using the latest technology, science and engineering.

Creative, critical thinking and problem solving skills will allow engineers ready to meet the challenges of the industry. We have to.create additional packages with the conventional education system so that engineers are represented on the world stage, create perfect opportunities.

To learn about additional package of law, we have made a mock session to review the current science teaching methods and design suggestive form which may be useful to the academic and policy-makers.

Laugh session at one month was made famous engineering college. Four students from the Mechanical Engineering branch was selected, which have opted for a campus interview with an international company. The group was made by two senior faculty members and two experienced, creative engineers in the industry conduct mock session.

Laugh session had two parts, the writing session, and the structuring of the model. In total, four questions must be answered in writing, and every 30 minutes, one question is asked. Ask questions to clarify students' creative thinking skills, problem solving, to analyze and human values. Structuring the model, students were given hand guns and were asked to convert it into an engine cutting machine is not only a financial budget. Students were asked to report on the loading of the production process and the industry's demand for the creation of the engine cutting machine. The level of trademarks like -

It was found that engineering graduates scored very poorly creative thinking, analysis and structuring of the electric model. What follows is the conclusion -? The traditional educational system is not capable of producing creative engineering graduates.

What is the solution?

Members of the group discussed and proposed format for the engineering colleges produce creative engineers.

Suggested Format -

One - Innovative faculty members must be employed to stimulate students' creative thinking skills and power to analyze. There should be no subject-matter of the training program. Students and faculty members collectively address the skills development approach.

Two - Regular seminars to be organized at the university to encourage student creativity.

Three - There are no signs of these things, but the proper method of certification must be created.

Four - Participation in this class should be mandatory, and students will not pay for any expenses.

Five - the five best students in the creative will of the quote, and vacation packages.

Six - Creative Structuring Model must be done at the college laboratories, and should not be a standard part of the project.

Seven - Very creative engineers from industry will be asked to take care of this class of model structures.

Eight - All models will be available by the transfer rates will be published within a network of specially designed website.

Nine - College authorities will try to sell three of the best models in the industry and students will be given a good part of it.

Ten - Creative Structuring Model will be compulsory for all students.

This format is only the beginning, and if it is carried out in spirit, certainly creates benefits for the industry engineers.

This topic is very broad and complex. I just tried to start a debate that would be effective measures can be developed in the future College institutions.
