There are tons of products and treatments for pimples in the market. However, most of them are not effective and this is why companies are always coming out with new pimple products. Instead of relying on pimple creams or lotions that only treat the external surface, you should use methods that get to the root of the problem. In the rest of the article, I will share with you ideas on how to treat pimples using the effective methods. Pimples occur when factors such as oily skin, excess dead skin cells on skin, hormonal imbalance and toxic accumulation in the body are present. These factors, when combined, can cause you to become exposed to pimple outbreak. These are internal factors and it is not possible to eliminate them by using external methods such as using pimple creams. The media has influence and shared the wrong methods to the masses. The only way you can get rid of your pimples is using holistic ways to deal with the root problems instead of relying on external medications. 1) Include more natural food in your diet Instead of eating foods that are high in sugar content, you should eat more natural food instead. Sugar can cause your body to produce androgenic hormones to get rid of the excess insulin in the body. These hormones can cause hormonal imbalance in your body and make your sebum glands produce much more oil than usual. Add more fruits, meat, vegetables and nuts into your diet. These are foods that do not contain harmful chemicals such as preservatives and additives, and they are also not high in sugar content. Natural foods also contain high amount of minerals and nutrients that can help keep your body healthy and prevent pimples outbreak. 2) Tea Tree Oil If you want to treat your pimple, you can use tea tree oil instead. Pimple medications may contain harsh chemicals or alcohols that are hard on the skin. Tea tree oil is a natural product and it does not have any harsh chemicals. It has anti bacteria properties that can help to kill bacteria that resides in the pimple. 3) Do Not Stress Yourself Up When you suffer from a high stress level, your immune system suffers and it can cause pimples to appear easily. This is why students suffer from pimples break out easily during the exam period. Yoga, meditation or deep breathing can help to keep your stress level low. These exercises is proven to reduce stress and help to keep your immune system healthy.
